Shipping and delivery

All prices on the website include FREE standard shipping worldwide. Please note, for international orders, duties and customs may be charged by your country. We are not responsible for these fees or responsible for any customs delays.

 

Tracking Your Order
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed

 

Wrong address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she enters the shipping address correctly. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at webmaster@trickyhair.com as soon as you place your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address as there are time limits in which we are able to do so. If it’s too late for us to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it. In the event that your package gets returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address. If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.

Return Policy

Tricky hair is proud to offer our loyal customers a 30 day return policy. We stand behind our quality and want to ensure that our clients leave their interaction with us in a joyful way.

Returns are only accepted on hair extensions that were not used, worn and the original packaging of the hair was never open. Because hair extensions are considered a hygienic product we cannot offer exchanges or returns on opened packages.
